It’s not the smoking or drinking that is bad for you, it’s the “belief” that it is bad for you that is what is harming you. It is easier to give up the habit than it is to give up the “belief” that it is harmful.

You can change your belief. Work on your vibration, your emotions when you are feeling good. Walk up the emotional scale. It is the right impulse to do what makes you feel good while working on the “vib” gap. 

The illegality makes you a criminal while you are doing your best to improve (your feelings and your actions). Condemnation does not help. Non Physical says those who are labeled as addicts are the strongest bodies amongst us.  Their inner beings  called them to contrast so strongly that their fast moving stream toward contrast made life intolerable before they were able to go in the directions they were led to.

Walk up the emotional scale. Reach for the best feeling you can find.
